During the 14 days before a primary, general, or special election, candidates are
required to report certain contributions, loans, and expenditures on a daily basis. A candidate who accepts aggregate
contributions and/or loans from a single source over $1,000, or who makes aggregate expenditures over $20,000 to a single vendor,
must file a daily disclosure within 24 hours after the transaction that causes the amount to exceed the reporting threshold
occurs. Information reported in these daily disclosures must also be reported in the candidate's next disclosure statement.
See Rule 4-06.
Daily disclosure by independent spenders can be found in the CFB searchable database.
