NYC Campaign Finance Board Votes on Enforcement Matters for Three Campaigns

At today's public meeting, the New York City Campaign Finance Board (CFB) determined that three campaigns from the 2017 election cycle committed violations and assessed penalties for those violations. The Board also determined that two campaign must repay public funds and that one campaign is eligible to receive a post-election public funds payment. Recognizing Campaigns that Maintained Compliance with NYC's Campaign Finance Law
Starting with the 2017 election cycle, the Board is recognizing campaigns that completed the post-election audit process without any violations or penalties assessed by the Board. At today's meeting, the Board applauded the following candidates and their campaign staff for their diligence in maintaining compliance with NYC's campaign finance law.
