NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting

March 17, 2026 – On Thursday, March 12, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted to assess penalties to two committees from the 2021 election cycle. The Board also assessed a public funds repayment obligation to a committee from the 2021 election cycle. Please refer to the tables below for more details on these determinations.
