As the newly elected Councilman for the 12th Councilmatic District, I like to change the philosophy that allows the 12th Councilmatic District to be subject to poor and inadequate services, protect under law, political representation, and the disparity concerning the distribution of benefits and opportunities by elected officials.

The results of these unlawful acts against the citizens of Council District 12th and other districts similar situated ethnically, causes that particular district to become economically unstable. Wherein the district can not control or have any impact on the institutions and other resources in their community.

Concentrating on changing the philosophy, the mind set of individuals, organizations and institutions who engage in undemocratic practices, will ultimately change the physical conditions of the community, to a more representative and sharing government.

My major concern is to make the 12th Councilmatic District in the Bronx, New York economically stable.
