After 4 years of running
for Speaker of the Council and chasing rats, isn’t
about time that Uptown had a representative at City
Hall to fight for them and not against them? Well,
William Allen is a fighter for Uptown. He has a
record of improving educational opportunity, affordable
housing and resident-owned business development.
Raising rents, failing schools, health clinics closings
and massive displacement of traditional residents,
largely African-Americans, from Harlem, are some
of the best reasons to elect him.
