1. What is the most important issue in Council District 50 you would address if elected?
My district was greatly affected by Hurricane Sandy so insuring government sponsored rebuilding and remediation proceeds in a timely and fair manner while preventing tax and fee increases is vital.
2. What other important issues would you address if elected?
Traffic, transportation and tolls I will advocate for everything from street widening, to smart lights to new rail possibilities and concentrate heavily on improving the quality of our schools, in particular the ever changing curriculum.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?
My 20 + years as an attorney, working as a White house Correspondent reporting from the floor of the NYSE and NASDAQ teaching as an adjunct professor and raising my 2 sons in Staten Island are my real life experiences I will draw from making me the best choice for the 50th District.
