Join the New York City Campaign Finance Board team!

We’re the independent city agency dedicated to making our local democracy more open, transparent, and equitable. We run the city’s matching funds program, which matches every $1 from a local donor with up to $8 of city funding, encouraging city candidates to focus on their communities instead of special interests. Through our NYC Votes initiative, we aim to build a greater understanding of the electoral process for all New Yorkers by having an honest dialogue about how our elections work and why they matter, with a special focus on empowering New Yorkers who are less likely to vote.”

We offer a dynamic work environment, training, growth potential, and excellent benefits. Full-time positions offer a competitive benefits package and salary commensurate with experience. Learn about the open positions at our agency
